Hell yeah it’s home made Khubz today! I love this hot outta the oven with olive dip. Today I made it with just some cumin and salt and fruity olive oil.
Of course after a workout I devoured one whole loaf as my post work out treat! Oh well the dreamy steamy pull of piping hot dough was calling me 🤷🏽♂️😋
Thank fully they aren’t SUPER large, just medium loaves.

Good bread! Love making bread. I use a 1/2 stoneground wholemeal, 1/2 white in most. Extra nutrition and extra flavour. Gotta be good.

Thanks! I used bread flour 😊 I used to bake on river stones for more rustic with nice bubbles in the bread.
